Some Indicators of Dyslexia:
Writing can be tiring for someone with dyslexia and it may not be be an accurate representation of their spoken knowledge.
Do not enjoy reading for pleasure and/or reading out loud.
Acquiring literacy skills.
Difficulties with spellings and/or phonics.
Difficulty remembering instructions, especialy in a busy classroom setting.
Tricky to recall timetables or number bonds.
Being exhausted after the school day.
Low self-esteem and low self-confidence.
Lack of concentration.
Not acheiving their potential.
Dyslexia often runs in families.
